We recommend having a set of oxygen/acetylene heating torches, but a handheld MAP gas torch works to heat and remove the often stubborn anchor nuts.
An air impact makes removing the anchor bolts easier, but is not necessary.
A large breaker bar is recommend as back up
A hand drill motor, 120V or good battery powered, is the best tool to drill the needed holes in the pole.
A standard socket and wrench set is also needed to secure the box bolts.
An impact gun makes securing the box bolts much quicker.
